Job Description : Welcomes visitors by greeting them , in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Diary management and management of meeting rooms. Possibly handling event coordination , both internally and externally. Handling queries and complaints via phone , email and general correspondence. Transferring calls as necessary. Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery , equipment and furniture. Performing administration duties. Maintaining office services as required. Receiving and dispatching deliveries. Assisting with mail as required. Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis. Ensuring smooth flow of documents , cheques , etc. Receiving challans from site everyday and maintain entries of same. Checking bills received as per given checking form. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Strong communication & people skills. Good organizational & multitasking abilities. Problem - solving skills.
